This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Tumr Terms of Service. It applies to every Tumr product and to everyone who uses them.
1. Illegal and harmful conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- Break any law, or to sell, ship, or promote goods or services that are illegal where you or the buyer are located
- Defraud users, merchants, carriers, or Tumr—including fake deliveries, fake activations, chargeback abuse, or manipulating escrow/disputes
- Ship weapons, narcotics, hazardous materials, or items prohibited by carriers or law
- Infringe intellectual property or sell counterfeit goods
- Harass, threaten, or harm others, or process others' personal data unlawfully
2. Platform integrity
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or attack the platform or another user's account
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, verification, or security controls
- Reverse-engineer the Services except where law permits
- Scrape the platform or harvest user data at scale
- Resell, white-label, or frame the Services without written permission
- Interfere with routing, tracking, escrow, pricing, or quota systems
3. Communications abuse
- No spam. WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push features may only be used for messages the recipient agreed to receive or that are part of an order they placed.
- Merchant WhatsApp commerce must follow Meta's commerce and messaging policies in addition to this AUP.
- No spoofing sender identity or misrepresenting who a message is from.
4. API-specific rules
API keys are confidential to your account. Do not embed secret keys in client-side or public code, share keys across organizations, or use the API to build a competing dataset of our users, riders, or merchants.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, hold payouts or escrow where fraud or legal risk is suspected, throttle or revoke API access, suspend accounts, and report illegal conduct to authorities. Where proportionate we warn first; severe or fraudulent abuse can lead to immediate suspension.
